The Meghan Puls Foundation, Inc.

The Meghan Puls Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)3 organization, was
co-founded by Cassie Puls, Tim Puls, Sherie Cornish, Jackie Boswell
and Lisa Mickens in October 2004, in memory of Meghan Carroll
Puls. Meghan Puls was a sixteen year old three-sport athlete who
passed away from injuries suffered in an automobile accident. The
Meghan Puls Foundation is a non-profit organization that is driven to
keep the memory and beautiful spirit of Meghan alive by coordinating
events that will enable the Foundation to raise funds to donate to
Meghan's alma mater, Seton Keough High School, and other
charitable organizations.

By keeping Meghan's memory and story alive, we hope to continue to
remind individuals to never take life for granted. Meghan was a friend
to all people, young and old, leaving a lasting impression on the many
lives she touched. We hope the work done through this Foundation
will serve as a reflection of Meghan's kind heart and soul.
